UK Clinical BMI Guidelines:

BMI 18.5 - 24.9: Healthy weight range. Weight loss medication is clinically contraindicated.
BMI 25.0 - 29.9: Overweight range. Lifestyle changes recommended; Alli available at BMI 28+.
BMI 27.0 - 29.9 with comorbidity: Eligible for prescription treatments (Mounjaro, Wegovy, Saxenda, Mysimba, Orlistat).
BMI 30.0+: Clinical obesity. Eligible for all UK licensed weight loss medications.
Ethnic adjustment: For people of South Asian, Chinese, Black African, or African-Caribbean family background, thresholds are reduced by 2.5 kg/m².
